  • All products listed on AvaraCraft are described as accurately as possible.
  • Product images are for reference only; minor variations may occur.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled after dispatch.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be completed before order processing.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.
  • AvaraCraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

5. Return, Refund & Damage Policy (IMPORTANT)

This is non-negotiable. Read it carefully.

  • No return, exchange, or refund will be accepted without a clear unboxing video.
  • The unboxing video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show:
    • The sealed package
    • The opening process
    • The product inside

❌ If you do not provide an unedited unboxing video, we will NOT accept any claim for:

  • Damage
  • Missing items
  • Wrong product
  • Manufacturing defects

Once the parcel is opened without video proof, all responsibility ends.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • No refunds for failed deliveries caused by customer error.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, and designs on AvaraCraft belong to AvaraCraft.
  • Copying, reproducing, or reselling our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party services (payment gateways, couriers).
  • We are not responsible for their delays, errors, or policies.
