At AvaraCraft, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within Pakistan only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Any additional courier charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.
5. Courier Services
- Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier companies.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, AvaraCraft is not responsible for courier delays or mishandling.
6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
- If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to receive:
- Reshipping costs will be paid by the customer
- No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel
- The full opening process
- The product inside
❌ Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected immediately.
8. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (if available).
- Customers can track their parcel directly through the courier’s website.
9. Delivery Responsibility
- Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
- AvaraCraft is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
