Refund & Return Policy – AvaraCraft

At AvaraCraft, we carefully pack and check every order before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and return policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return Without Unboxing Video (MANDATORY)
- We do not accept any return, exchange, or refund without a clear unboxing video.
- The unboxing video must:
- Start before opening the parcel
- Clearly show the sealed package
- Show the full opening process
- Show the product clearly
❌ If the parcel is opened without recording a video, no claim will be accepted under any condition.
2. Eligible Cases (With Valid Video Proof Only)
A return or refund may be considered only if:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- The wrong product is delivered
- An item is missing from the order
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Orders without an unboxing video
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor color or design variations
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Products damaged after delivery
- Custom or made-to-order items
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued as:
- Replacement product OR
- Store credit
- Cash refunds are not guaranteed and will be decided case-by-case.
5. Return Process
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and unboxing video
- Our team will review the claim
- If approved, further instructions will be shared
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Cost
- If the mistake is from AvaraCraft, we will cover return shipping.
- If the issue is not our fault, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
7. Cancelations
- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
- If a customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
8. Final Decision
All refund and return decisions made by AvaraCraft are final and binding.
