1. What is AvaraCraft?
AvaraCraft is an online store offering anime-inspired craft products and collectibles, carefully packed and shipped across Pakistan.
2. Do you ship all over Pakistan?
Yes. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared (if available). You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment options are shown at checkout. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
6. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns or refunds are accepted only in eligible cases and only with a proper unboxing video.
❌ No unboxing video = No return, no refund, no exchange.
7. What is an unboxing video and why is it required?
An unboxing video is a clear, unedited video recorded before opening the parcel, showing:
- The sealed package
- The full opening process
- The product inside
This protects both the customer and AvaraCraft from false claims.
8. What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, missing, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and unboxing video
Claims without video proof will be rejected.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
10. What if I provide the wrong address?
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.
11. Are product colors or designs exactly the same as shown?
Product images are for reference. Minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or handmade details.
