At AvaraCraft, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Pakistan only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your city and courier service.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Any additional courier charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.

5. Courier Services

  • Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier companies.
  • Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, AvaraCraft is not responsible for courier delays or mishandling.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to receive:
    • Reshipping costs will be paid by the customer
    • No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or wrong product claim.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed parcel
    • The full opening process
    • The product inside

❌ Claims without a proper unboxing video will be rejected immediately.


8. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched (if available).
  • Customers can track their parcel directly through the courier’s website.

9. Delivery Responsibility

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • AvaraCraft is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
